Our current order processing time is 1-3 business days for in-stock merchandise. During this processing time, your online order is sent to our fulfillment department, safely packed, and processed for shipment as quickly as possible.
Please note that orders placed after 10:00pm Eastern Standard time will begin processing at our fulfillment warehouse the following business day.
Lucky B Boutique ships domestically using FedEx Ground Shipping for the 48 Continental United States. Customers can expect their packages within 5-7 business days. This is an estimate and does not include weekends or holidays.
Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico orders will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Hawaii shipments may take an extra day due to time changes. Puerto Rico orders may be delayed 1 day due to customs.
All Canadian shipments will be sent via USPS only.
Lucky B reserves the right to change what countries are serviced based on the levels of Credit Card fraud and associated risk reported in each country.
For back ordered items, orders begin processing as soon as the back ordered item is returned to stock. You can expect your order to ship 1-2 business days after the back ordered item is returned to stock.
We want to ensure that your order is shipped to you as quickly as possible. If you believe that your order has experienced a delay in shipment which exceeds the normal processing and shipment time, please let us know by contacting Brandi@LuckyBBoutique.com
We guarantee 100% satisfaction. However, if you are unsatisfied with an item that you have purchased, you may return the item for exchange or store credit within 10 business days. Items must be in new, resalable condition. Returned items may not have been worn or washed prior to return.
All Sale Items , Accessories, Lingerie and Swimwear items are FINAL SALE.
All sales are final for locations outside of the United States. We do not accept returns for international shipments, including Canada.
Items in new, unworn condition that are returned within 10 business days of the original delivery date will be given store credit for the original purchase price.
Please note that shipping charges will not be refunded for returned merchandise.
We ask that you do not return merchandise which is damaged, defective, or different than what you ordered. Although we make every attempt to have items in stock, occasionally we may list inventory that has become unavailable. When possible, we will post expected ship dates should this item come back in stock.
